Any age. Dr Caius - A doctor, Evan's rival. Similarly, good comic actor with a good French accent. Any age. Rugby - Caius's servant. Male or female. Mistress Quickly - Caius' housekeeper. Blousy, lively older woman. Good comic part. Shallow - An elderly justice, mocked by Falstaff. Written male, could be female. Abraham Slender - Shallow's cousin, a classic romantic fop. 20s Simple - Shallow's servant, a country yokel. Male or female. Fenton - A young, handsome gentleman, in love with Anne Page. Hostess - The Bet Lynch of Windsor - a life-embracing, large bosomed landlady. Alice Ford - Ford's wife, one of the subject of Falstaff's affections. Needs to be feisty and funny. 20s upwards. Meg Page - Page's wife and Alice's best friend. Similarly feisty and funny. 40s. Anne Page - Page's daughter, in love with Fenton. Late teens upwards. There is scope for more servants, citizens of Windsor, etc.
